Refunds:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all individual physical and digital purchases. If you’re not satisfied, simply follow the return steps in your confirmation email, and we’ll issue a full refund and provide a return label for physical items.
Exceptions:
Discounted or bulk orders (e.g. deals provided to schools, educational organizations, or group purchases) are final sale and not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
4. Digital Products
All digital downloads (eBooks, printable activity sheets, etc.) are delivered electronically. Access is provided immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only granted under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee for individual buyers, not for discounted or group access.
