You can return your order for free within 30 days of the day you receive it, whatever the reason.

Items should be returned in reasonable condition.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us form and include:

• your order number
• the name and email used at checkout
• the reason for the return, optional but helpful for improving our products and customer experience

If the books arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can log the issue for quality control.

We will reply with a free prepaid return shipping label.

Returning Your Order

Once you receive the label, simply use it to ship your return back to us at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Time

After your return is delivered back to us, Mayous will process your refund within up to 7 business days.

After we issue the refund, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds back to your account. This timing depends on your financial institution and is outside our control.

Orders Purchased Through Amazon or Other Retailers

This policy only applies to purchases made directly on mayous.org.

If you purchased a Mayous book through Amazon or another retailer, please contact that retailer directly for returns, refunds, or order support.
