Order Processing and Fulfillment
Orders placed on mayous.org are fulfilled through Amazon Fulfillment Services.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
After your order is processed, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, according to Amazon fulfillment timelines.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the countries available at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, it means we are not currently able to ship there through our store.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping, with the rate depending on the destination country.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Mayous is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us form. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact Us form and include your order number.
For damaged items, please include:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, refund, or return through the Amazon fulfillment process when appropriate.
